Vita3K Git (2019/11/18) is complied. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.

* kernel/relocation: Implement Format2 relocations (untested)
* kernel/relocation: Advance offset and assign saddr/addend on format 2
* kernel/relocation: Logging fixes
* util/log: Assert on spdlog error
* cpu: Log function return values for debugging

* interface: Don't attempt to run module_start if it doesn't exist
