DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/02/20)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/02/20) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Update allowed warnings limits
* Only resize the sendbuffer if needed
* Be explicit when we lose precision and change signedness
* Use K&R indents with some if statements
* Simplify by using the _TCPsocketX struct as-is
* Initialize TCPsocket to nullptr
* Make TCPClientSocket field private
* Cleanup ifdef guards in serialport misc util
* Initialize missed fields in TCPClientSocket
* Remove some duplicated code in serialport
