DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/03/07) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Bump the MP3 fast-seek-table's version identifier
* Update the existing PVS false-positives for xxHash v0.7.3
* Sync xxHash with upstream (v0.7.3)
* Update copyright dates to 2020
* Use static assert feedback instead of convoluted template failure messages
* Whitespace cleanup
* Add a signed integer ceiling divide function
* Cleanup file size and header length check
