DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/07/29)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/07/29) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Update allowed warnings limits
* Don't warn about using POSIX function names in MSVC
* Limit number of parallel Linux CI jobs
* Remove extra-semi warnings from shell_cmds
* Simplify variable names in CMD_LS function
* Use new column widths algorithm in ls command
* Calculate column widths for ls cmd
* Map DtaResults to entry name lengths
* Skip over . and .. search results earlier in LS cmd
