DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/09/05)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/09/05) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox Git Changelog:
* Deprecate the [sblaster] oplrate setting
* Differentiate and describe negotiated SDL rate and buffer
* Cleanup some effc++ warnings in mixer
* Always generate FM at the mixer's output rate
* Use the mixer's rate if the channel doesn't provide one
* Log audio channel creation and if resampling is used
