DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/10/14)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/10/14) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox Git Changelog:
* Merge branch 'svn/trunk' r4373
* Install read/write handlers for DMA port 0x8f. Fixes a test in PC Tools 9 and probably little else because DMA channel 4 is not used for transfers.
* Undocumented boundary behavior of DOS Read/Write functions. Fixes the Dark Purpose demo.
* Check for file existence using path_exists
* Correct spelling errors
* Fix man page appearance
