DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/01/22)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/01/22) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:

* Update it for when neither screenshots or avi making is selected.
* Move C_HAS_ATTRIBUTE to compiler.h
* Adjust Core MIDI, Core Audio defines
