PPSSPP Git (2021/05/12) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* CPUDetect: Ensure we never get zero cores.
* Common: Fix read of special files with fake size.
* Merge pull request #14451 from SeanMcG.
* FileUtil: check for errors after a fread() in ReadFileToString()
* CPUDetect: saturate lower bound of CPU count to 1
* CPUDetect: prevent a divide-by-zero when ParseCPUList() fails
