Flycast Git (2023/02/12) is compiled. Flycast is a multi-platform Sega Dreamcast, Naomi and Atomiswave emulator derived from reicast.

Flycast Git changelog:
* vulkan: lower shader version requirement
* cmake: improve compile options for VulkanMemoryAllocator
* oboe: don't attempt to recover the audio stream suring init
* cdi: don't crash if file re-open fails
