DOSBox-Staging Git (2023/04/09)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2023/04/09) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Exit from stdin loops on program termination
* Handle XMS review remarks
* Rename some memory functions
* Rename 'DOS_DelMultiplexHandler' to 'DOS_DeleteMultiplexHandler'
* Introduce enum for CPU architecture type
* Improve XMS emulation, based on code from DOSBox-X
* Add unit tests for bitops::set_to function
