Flycast Git (2023/10/17) is compiled. Flycast is a multi-platform Sega Dreamcast, Naomi and Atomiswave emulator derived from reicast.

Flycast Git changelog:
* rend: support vscalefactor > 1 for RTT
* sh4: limit penalty cycles to first 3 mem ops
* vulkan: terminate context if init fails
