PPSSPP Git (2024/05/24)

PPSSPP Git (2024/05/24) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Merge pull request #19166 from hrydgard/ios-vulkan-work
* More app lifecycle work. Switching between Vulkan and OpenGL now works.
* Fix smooth switching from Vulkan to GL
* Plumb the restart event into AppDelegate
* Turn off the Vulkan thread when switching away from the app.
* Vulkan on iOS: Hook up remaining functionality
* Get Vulkan rendering on iOS (still, need to hook up input etc)
* Add ViewControllerMetal placeholders
* Minor cleanup (remove redundant stuff from the storyboard)
* Make linking to MoltenVK work
* Add MoltenVK.xcframework as a submodule
