DOSBox-Staging Git (2025/03/26)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2025/03/26) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Use C++20 std::countl_zero()
* Use simde for voodoo SSE2 bilinear filtering
* Move Voodoo config settings init into `voodoo.cpp`
* Improve the Voodoo config setting descriptions
* Enable bilinear filtering for the Voodoo by default
