Flycast Git (2025/05/04) is compiled. Flycast is a multi-platform Sega Dreamcast, Naomi and Atomiswave emulator derived from reicast.

* vk: (mali) add subpass dependency from subpass 2 to external
* vk: (mali) add memory barrier in GetLastFrame
* libretro: don't allow saving states in a background thread
