DOSBox-Staging Git (2025/06/16) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Make Windows CI build errors visible
* Make restart_dosbox shutdown normally and fork a new child process
* Implement waitpid command line argument
* Parse command line arguments before switching console to UTF-8
