DOSBox-Staging Git (2025/11/28)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2025/11/28) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Insert blank line after section headers in the written config
* Remove unused `speed_mods` setting
* Improve `[composite]` section config setting descriptions
* Remove indentation and setting name from the help text in the written config
* Put help text above the settings in the written config
* Rename `SectionLine` to `AutoExecSection`
* Break up & clean up `Config::WriteConfig()`
* Remove redundant setting values from the written config
* Improve help text descriptions & formatting
* Add Microsoft code page IDs for Apple encodings
* Add Unicode definitions for code page 111 (Greek, AST Premium Exec DOS)
* Switch modern Bulgarian currency to euro
