Mupen64-RR Lua v1.3.0-7

Mupen64-RR Lua 1.3.0-7 is released. Mupen64 ReRecording is the re-recording branch of Mupen64.This is the development project for this branch of Mupen64. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of Tool-Asssisted movies.
