Add various mods and graphic packs for Epic Mickey 2 (#729)
Thanks to @abso1utezer0 for making all of these graphic packs!
It includes a number of things, such as:
- 60FPS patch
- 1080p resolution game patch
- Fake online connectivity status, since the official servers are offline now. Just changes the visuals, doesn't add back working online functionality.
- Adds various debugging graphic packs to re-enable a developer menu and various developer-only logging systems.
