PPSSPP Git (2025/12/17) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++. PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Update ffmpeg submodule. I had forgotten I switched to a branch a while back, merge it to master.
* Merge pull request #21074 from hrydgard/misc-fixes-2
* Throw in a check for the additional issue commented in #21073
* Fix #21073, plus an additional OOB read
* Fix #21065 - add checks in __KernelLoadModule to avoid buffer overflows
* Fix #21064 by removing manual memory management from ParamSFO.
