clownmdemu v1.6.3

clownmdemu v1.6.3 is released. This is clownmdemu, a Sega Mega Drive (a.k.a. Sega Genesis) emulator. It is currently in the very early stages of development: it can run some games, but many standard features of the Mega Drive are unemulated (see clownmdemu-frontend-common/clownmdemu/TODO.md for more information).

clownmdemu Changelog: Updated to the latest ClownMDEmu core.
Improved V-counter accuracy.
Gets Lemmings 2 to boot!
Added new command-line options:
-f/--fullscreen - for starting the emulator in full-screen mode.
-c/--cartridge - for explicitly loading cartridge software.
-d/--disc - for explicitly loading disc software.
Made menu bar be shown in full-screen more often:
When the emulator is paused.
When no software is loaded.
Made gamepad' right stick button pause the emulator.
Forced use of fake windows for menus in full-screen mode.
Useful for platforms where exclusive full-screen mode prevents real windows from appearing.
Allows menus to be controlled with gamepad.
Made emulator start in full-screen if it was full-screen when it was last closed.
Backported default window contents from the work-in-progress Qt frontend.
Makes it clearer to new users how to use the emulator.
Fixed Windows title bar not being the exact same colour as the menu bar.
