PPSSPP Git (2026/07/22) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* Make EmuThread.cpp/h compile outside of Windows.
* Windows: Move the graphics context creation to main.cpp
* Remove MainThread_Start/Stop to increase visibility
* Move EmuThread.cpp/h to Core, in preparation for sharing logic
* Headless: Start taking logic out of the "HeadlessHost"
* Add resolution scale parameter to headless
