clrmame v0.7.3

clrmame v0.7.3 released. Little tool to scan and rebuild MAME (https://www.mamedev.org/) machine sets.

- misc: bundled correct 7z.dll (you can remove 7-zip.dll)
- misc: updated CLI11 to 2.7.2
- misc: cmdline and UI version are now runnable on Windows 7 and higher
- misc: show logger warning instead of error when trying to access filename-encrypted 7z files
- misc: replaced some button captions to work better in Linux/Wine, Windows 7
- misc: dir2dat, don't read archives at all in "archives as files" mode
- fixed: crash when importing -listsoftware with no custom hashfolder
- fixed: archive hash generator shows error on corrupt file data but does not mark the hash invalid
