CXMB for 6.37 ME

CXMB for 6.37 ME is released. CXMB is a custom firmware plugin that allows users to install custom XMB themes in CTF format straight from Memory Stick. An Asian developer known as Patpat has released a version of the popular plugin CXMB (Custom XMB) compatible with 6.20 TN-A. This plugin will allow users using the HEN to install custom .ctf themes instead of the regular old PSP theme or other official themes.

PCSX2 SVN r4315

PCSX2 SVN r4315 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

StepMania Micro

StepMania Micro is an experiment to see how StepMania implemented in HTML/CSS/JavaScript would work. Play StepMania Micro . Click in the game area then use arrow keys. It works best in Safari or Chrome. It's playable in Firefox 4. Firefox 3.6 has known issues with audio sync, so it's not very playable. Doesn't work in Internet Explorer.

Over time FCE Ultra had separated into many separate branches.The concept behind FCEUX is to merge elements from FCE Ultra, FCEU rerecording, FCEUXD, FCEUXDSP, and FCEU-mm into a single branch of FCEU. As the X implies, it is an all-encompassing FCEU emulator that gives the best of all worlds for the general player, the ROM-hacking community, and the Tool-Assisted Speedrun Community.

PCE/ibmpc 20110218-b6d41ac is released. PCE/ibmpc is an IBM PC 5150 emulator. It emulates most of the hardware of an IBM PC 5150. The emulation is complete enough to boot DOS and run most DOS applications.

MESS SVN r10503 is released. MESS(Multi Emulator Super System) is an open source emulator which emulates a large variety of different systems. MESS is a source-available project which documents the hardware for a wide variety of (mostly vintage) computers, video game consoles, and calculators through software emulation, as MAME does for arcade games. As a nice side effect to this documentation, MESS allows software and games for these hardware platforms to be run on modern PCs.
