Reduce depth transfer to the real size of the game. Otherwise
we need to handle a mix of color/depth transfer.
* GameDB: Remove IPU hack for Klonoa 2 (J)
* gsdx-ogl: always use 1 for GL_UNPACK_ALIGNMENT
Avoid a gl function call for each texture uploads
