Dolphin Git 5.0-443

EmuCR: DolphinDolphin Git 5.0-443 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

Dolphin Git changelog:
* Merge pull request #3386 from lioncash/memory
Common: Namespace MemoryUtil
* MemoryUtil: Remove unimplemented/unused functions
GuardMemoryMake/GuardMemoryUnmake are unimplemented prototypes.
GetPageSize is an unused function.
* Common: namespace MemoryUtil
* Merge pull request #4085 from Armada651/vertex-depth
VideoCommon: Implement depth range equation in vertex shader.
* OGL: Workaround gl_ClipDistance bug on Mesa i965.
* Improve documentation.
* Cosmetics.
* VertexShaderGen: Fix far clipping.
We should only check whether z > 0, we don't care about w.
* DriverDetails: Add bug for broken gl_ClipDistance on i965.
* VideoCommon: Add a user-defined far clipping plane.
* OGL: Disable clip distance on when not in a game-like state.
* GeometryShaderGen: Pass-through clipping distance.
* OGL: Check for GL_DEPTH_CLAMP support.
It's not available in OpenGL ES and officially it's not supported on OpenGL 3.0/3.1.
Fallback to old depth range code if there is no method to disable depth clipping.
It's more important to have correct clipping than to have accurate depth values.
Inaccurate depth values can be fixed by slow depth.
* VertexShaderGen: Use reversed depth range.
* VideoBackends: Enable depth clamping.
* VertexShaderGen: Clip z using user-defined clipping planes.
* VertexShaderGen: Clamp to the console depth range.
This fixes the Mii Channel among others.
* VertexShaderManager: Use a more accurate depth range.
This fixes the gxtest_depth hwtest.
* VideoCommon: Implement depth range equation in vertex shader.
