rpcs3 Git (2018/08/15)

EmuCR: rpcs3 rpcs3 Git (2018/08/15) is compiled. RPCS3 is an open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger written in C++ for Windows and Linux. The emulator has been in development since early 2011 and currently supports modern DirectX 12, Vulkan and OpenGL renderers. The emulator is capable of booting and playing a decent amount of commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples. Many more titles are also becoming playable with future development by contributors.

Citra Git (2018/08/15)

EmuCR: CitraCitra Git (2018/08/15) is released. This is the trunk of Citra Project. Citra is an experimental open-source Nintendo 3DS emulator/debugger written in C++. At this time, it only emulates a very small subset of 3DS hardware, and therefore is only useful for booting/debugging very simple homebrew demos. Citra is licensed under the GPLv2. Refer to the license.txt file included.

Ryujinx Git (2018/08/15)

EmuCR: RyujinxRyujinx Git (2018/08/15) is complied. Ryujinx is a Experimental Switch emulator written in C#. Don't expect much from this. Some homebrew apps works, and Tetris shows the intro logos (sometimes) but that's about it for now. Contributions are always welcome.

yuzu Git (2018/08/15)

EmuCR: yuzuyuzu Git (2018/08/15) is complied. yuzu is a work-in-progress Nintendo Switch emulator. yuzu is an open-source project, licensed under the GPLv2 (or any later version). yuzu has been designed with portability in mind, with builds available for Windows, Linux, and macOS. The project was started in spring of 2017 by bunnei, one of the original authors of the popular Citra 3DS emulator, to experiment with and research the Nintendo Switch. Due to the similarities between Switch and 3DS, yuzu was developed as a fork of Citra. This means that it uses the same project architecture, and both emulators benefit from shared improvements. During the early months of development, work was done in private, and progress was slow. However, as Switch reverse-engineering and homebrew development became popular, work on yuzu began to take off as well.

Snes9x Git (2018/08/15)

EmuCR: Snes9xSnes9x Git (2018/08/15) is compiled. Snes9x is a portable, freeware Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) emulator. It basically allows you to play most games designed for the SNES and Super Famicom Nintendo game systems on your PC or Workstation; which includes some real gems that were only ever released in Japan. Snes9x is the result of well over three years worth of part-time hacking, coding, recoding, debugging, divorce, etc. (just kidding about the divorce bit). Snes9x is coded in C++, with three assembler CPU emulation cores on the i386 Linux and Windows ports.

Play! Git (2018/08/15)

EmuCR: Play!Play! Git (2018/08/15) is complied. Play! is an attempt at creating an emulator for the PlayStation 2 (PS2) console on the Windows platform. It is currently written in C/C++. It uses an instruction caching/recompilation scheme to achieve better performance while emulating the CPU.

Dolphin Git 5.0-8588

EmuCR: DolphinDolphin Git 5.0-8588 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

PPSSPP Git (2018/08/15)

EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2018/08/15) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

DsonPSP v0.8 beta

EmuCR: DsonPSPDsonPSP Unofficial v0.1 is released.DsonPSP is a Nintendo DS Emulator for the PSP.The DSONPSP emulator is based on DeSmuME v9 core, and has a file browser, frame skip, vertical and horizontal display options and a few other settings. DSonPSP v0.8 is an effort by TheMrIron2, z2442 and other PS Homebrew developers to update the proof of concept DS emulator, DSonPSP.

Xroar-Wii v0.4

Xroar-Wii v0.4 is released. Wii Xroar-Wii is a port of Xroar. XRoar is a Tandy Color Computer('CoCo') and Dragon32/64 emulator. CoCo model 3 is not supported.

OpenMSX Git (2018/08/15)

EmuCR:OpenMSX OpenMSX Git (2018/08/15) is complie. OpenMSX is an open source MSX emulator which is free according to the Debian Free Software Guidelines, available under the GNU General Public License.For copyright reasons the emulator cannot be distributed with original BIOS ROM images. OpenMSX includes C-BIOS a minimal implementation of the MSX BIOS, allowing to play quite some games without the need to have an original MSX BIOS ROM image. You can also use your own BIOS ROM image if you please.

This includes the the 800, 800XL, and 130XE versions. It has a lot of options, and compatibility is decent especially given the emulator's early stages. It also supports some copy protected games properly in emulation.

EmuTos CVS (2018/08/14)

EmuCR: EmuTosEmuTos CVS (2018/08/14) is released. EmuTos is a GEMDOS compatible operating system for Atari ST series computers. It is made from Digital Research's GPLed original sources and is a free and open source replacement for common TOS images for Atari ST emulators.
