yuzu Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: yuzuyuzu Git (2020/03/31) is complied. yuzu is a work-in-progress Nintendo Switch emulator. yuzu is an open-source project, licensed under the GPLv2 (or any later version). yuzu has been designed with portability in mind, with builds available for Windows, Linux, and macOS. The project was started in spring of 2017 by bunnei, one of the original authors of the popular Citra 3DS emulator, to experiment with and research the Nintendo Switch. Due to the similarities between Switch and 3DS, yuzu was developed as a fork of Citra. This means that it uses the same project architecture, and both emulators benefit from sharead improvements. During the early months of development, work was done in private, and progress was slow. However, as Switch reverse-engineering and homebrew development became popular, work on yuzu began to take off as well.

Ryujinx Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: RyujinxRyujinx Git (2020/03/31) is complied. Ryujinx is a Experimental Switch emulator written in C#. Don't expect much from this. Some homebrew apps works, and Tetris shows the intro logos (sometimes) but that's about it for now. Contributions are always welcome.

rpcs3 Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: rpcs3 rpcs3 Git (2020/03/31) is compiled. RPCS3 is an open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger written in C++ for Windows and Linux. The emulator has been in development since early 2011 and currently supports modern DirectX 12, Vulkan and OpenGL renderers. The emulator is capable of booting and playing a decent amount of commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples. Many more titles are also becoming playable with future development by contributors.

Citra Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: CitraCitra Git (2020/03/31) is released. This is the trunk of Citra Project. Citra is an experimental open-source Nintendo 3DS emulator/debugger written in C++. At this time, it only emulates a very small subset of 3DS hardware, and therefore is only useful for booting/debugging very simple homebrew demos. Citra is licensed under the GPLv2. Refer to the license.txt file included.

DeSmuME Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR:DeSmuMEDeSmuME Git (2020/03/31) is compiled. DeSmuME is an open source Nintendo DS(NDS) emulator for Linux, Mac OS and Windows. DeSmuME supports save states, the ability to increase the size of the screen and it supports filters to improve image quality. DeSmuME also supports microphone use on Windows and Linux ports, as well as direct video and audio recording. The emulator also features a built-in movie recorder.

Xenia Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: XeniaXenia Git (2020/03/31) is compiled. Xenia is an experimental emulator for the Xbox 360. It does not run games (yet).

Vita3K Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: Vita3KVita3K Git (2020/03/31) is complied. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.

Cxbx Reloaded Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR:Xbox EmulatorsCxbx Reloaded Git (2020/03/31) is compiled. Cxbx-Reloaded is an emulator for running Microsoft Xbox (and eventually, Chihiro) games on Microsoft Windows. The project began life as a fork of Cxbx with added 64-bit support. Work is currently underway to backport some of the improvements from Dxbx. Cxbx-Reloaded is still pretty unstable, don't expect it to run much at this point.

FB Neo Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: FB AlphaFB Neo Git (2020/03/31) is complied. FinalBurn Neo is an Emulator for Arcade Games & Select Consoles. It is based on the emulators FinalBurn and old versions of MAME.

PPSSPP Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2020/03/31) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

DobieStation Git (2020/03/31)

DobieStation Git (2020/03/31) is compiled. A young PS2 emulator with plans for an optimized Android port, as well as a fast, accurate, and easy-to-use PC port. A large portion of the PS2's library can boot or get to menus. Some titles can even go in-game, including high-profile ones such as Final Fantasy X and Shadow of the Colossus. Not intended for general use.

Avocado Git (2020/03/30)

EmuCR: Avocado Avocado Git (2020/03/30) is compiled. Avocado is a Modern Playstation 1 emulator. Despite this emulator being in early development, some 3D games can run. There is currently no SPU (no sound except simple in-game Audio CDs) or MDEC (black screen instead of movies). The timer implementation does not function properly (games fail to boot or run at wrong speed).

Mesen-S Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: Mesen-SMesen-S Git (2020/03/31) is compiled. Mesen-S is a cross-platform SNES emulator for Windows & Linux built in C++ and C#.

Play! Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: Play!Play! Git (2020/03/31) is complied. Play! is an attempt at creating an emulator for the PlayStation 2 (PS2) console on the Windows platform. It is currently written in C/C++. It uses an instruction caching/recompilation scheme to achieve better performance while emulating the CPU.

lolSnes Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: lolSneslolSnes Git (2020/03/31) is compiled. lolSnes is a Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) rom emulator for the Nintendo DS (NDS) flash cards. It is compatible with all versions of the 3DS / DSi / DS Lite and the original NDS as long as you have a NDS Flash Card capable of running homebrew .nds roms.

puNES Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: puNESpuNES Git (2020/03/31) is complied. puNES is a NES emulator. Currently the program supports mappers 0, MMC1, UNROM, CNROM, and the sound is available. It uses the SDL libraries and it works on both Linux and Windows.

Pantheon v9.520

EmuCR: PantheonPantheon v9.520 is released. Pantheon is Windows desktop application with collection of games for video consoles and home computers from the past. The games are not the part of the application, instead they will be downloaded (with the game manual or review - if available) from the internet, after you activate the game. Downloaded files are stored on the local file system and will be available offline the next time you wish to play the game. Finally, the program file is loaded into the memory and executed inside the emulator. Current version has emulator of Atari 2600 with collection of 170 games, emulator of Atari 5200 with collection of 50 games and emulator of Atari 8-bit computers with collection of 26 games.

Raine v0.90.5

RaineRaine v0.90.5 is released. RAINE is an Emulator for Arcade games. Raine is a M68000 and M68020 arcade game emulator. Raine emulates some M68000 and M68020 arcade games and is mainly focused on Taito and Jaleco games hardware. It started as an experiment with the Rainbow Islands romset, dumped by Aracorn/Romlist. Raine can emulate many nice games now, and new games (previously unemulated) are appearing weekly.

Nin v0.7.1

EmuCR:My NesNin v0.7.1 is released. Nin is an advanced Nintendo Entertainement System and Famicom emulator that is actively being developped. Right now, the emulator is not very polished on the UX side, but can run many games without issues. A gamepad is supported. The exact mapping will depend on the vendor's layout. On a keyboard, the arrows are mapped to the NES D-Pad, Space is Select, Enter is Start, Z is A and X is B. Multiple controllers or other kinds of controller are not currently supported.

Jpcsp Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR:JPcspJpcsp Git (2020/03/31) is compiled. JPCSP is a PlayStation Portable(PSP) emulator, allowing you to play your PSP games on a PC. Even though Jpcsp is written in Java, it can already reach 100% PSP speed on a lot of commercial games... and the emulator performance is constantly increasing. Jpcsp takes full advantage of dual-core processors, matching the PSP dual-core architecture. Even a quad-core can give a small performance improvement by leaving free CPU cores for the Java JIT Compiler and the graphics cache.

Caprice32 Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: Caprice32Caprice32 Git (2020/03/31) is released. Caprice32 is an emulator of the Amstrad CPC 8bit home computer range. Caprice32 is a software emulator of the Amstrad CPC 8bit home computer series running on Linux and Windows. The emulator faithfully imitates the CPC464, CPC664, and CPC6128 models. By recreating the operations of all hardware components at a low level, the emulator achieves a high degree of compatibility with original CPC software. These programs or games can be run unmodified at real-time or higher speeds, depending on the emulator host environment.

DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/03/31)

EmuCR: BizHawkBizHawk Git (2020/03/31) is compiled. BizHawk is a A multi-system emulator written in C#. BizHawk provides nice features for casual gamers such as full screen, and joypad support in addition to full rerecording and debugging tools for all system cores.

Atari++ v1.82

EmuCR: Atari++Atari++ v1.82 is released. The Atari++ Emulator is a Unix based emulator of the Atari eight bit computers, namely the Atari 400 and 800, the Atari 400XL, 800XL and 130XE, and the Atari 5200 game console. The emulator is auto-configurable and will compile on a variety of systems (Linux, Solaris, Irix).

pFBN v4.1 is released. pFBA is a FBNeo for PC & Nintendo Switch.

EmuTos CVS (2020/03/29)

EmuCR: EmuTosEmuTos CVS (2020/03/29) is released. EmuTos is a GEMDOS compatible operating system for Atari ST series computers. It is made from Digital Research's GPLed original sources and is a free and open source replacement for common TOS images for Atari ST emulators.

WinVICE SVN r37597

EmuCR: SDLVICE WinVICE SVN r37597 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).
