yuzu Git (2020/04/27)

EmuCR: yuzuyuzu Git (2020/04/27) is complied. yuzu is a work-in-progress Nintendo Switch emulator. yuzu is an open-source project, licensed under the GPLv2 (or any later version). yuzu has been designed with portability in mind, with builds available for Windows, Linux, and macOS. The project was started in spring of 2017 by bunnei, one of the original authors of the popular Citra 3DS emulator, to experiment with and research the Nintendo Switch. Due to the similarities between Switch and 3DS, yuzu was developed as a fork of Citra. This means that it uses the same project architecture, and both emulators benefit from sharead improvements. During the early months of development, work was done in private, and progress was slow. However, as Switch reverse-engineering and homebrew development became popular, work on yuzu began to take off as well.

rpcs3 Git (2020/04/27)

EmuCR: rpcs3 rpcs3 Git (2020/04/27) is compiled. RPCS3 is an open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger written in C++ for Windows and Linux. The emulator has been in development since early 2011 and currently supports modern DirectX 12, Vulkan and OpenGL renderers. The emulator is capable of booting and playing a decent amount of commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples. Many more titles are also becoming playable with future development by contributors.

Xenia Git (2020/04/27)

EmuCR: XeniaXenia Git (2020/04/27) is compiled. Xenia is an experimental emulator for the Xbox 360. It does not run games (yet).

Cxbx Reloaded Git (2020/04/27)

EmuCR:Xbox EmulatorsCxbx Reloaded Git (2020/04/27) is compiled. Cxbx-Reloaded is an emulator for running Microsoft Xbox (and eventually, Chihiro) games on Microsoft Windows. The project began life as a fork of Cxbx with added 64-bit support. Work is currently underway to backport some of the improvements from Dxbx. Cxbx-Reloaded is still pretty unstable, don't expect it to run much at this point.

melonDS Git (2020/04/27)

EmuCR: melonDSmelonDS Git (2020/04/27) is complied. melonDS is an open source Nintendo DS(NDS) emulator. melonDS is part of a second wave of DS emulators. There are a few other emulator projects that are part of it, which you might have already heard of. Either way, check them out!

EmuCR: dolwinDolwin Git (2020/04/27) is compiled. Dolwin is a Nintendo GameCube Emulator for Windows. Dolwin is an emulator of Nintendo Gamecube console. This platform is based on PowerPC-derivative processor, produced by IBM Corp. and codenamed Gekko. Dolwin mainly purposed to emulate homebrewn applications.

EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2020/04/27) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

Dolphin Git 5.0-11903

EmuCR: DolphinDolphin Git 5.0-11903 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

Play! Git (2020/04/27)

EmuCR: Play!Play! Git (2020/04/27) is complied. Play! is an attempt at creating an emulator for the PlayStation 2 (PS2) console on the Windows platform. It is currently written in C/C++. It uses an instruction caching/recompilation scheme to achieve better performance while emulating the CPU.

puNES Git (2020/04/27)

EmuCR: puNESpuNES Git (2020/04/27) is complied. puNES is a NES emulator. Currently the program supports mappers 0, MMC1, UNROM, CNROM, and the sound is available. It uses the SDL libraries and it works on both Linux and Windows.

FB Neo Git (2020/04/27)

EmuCR: FB AlphaFB Neo Git (2020/04/27) is complied. FinalBurn Neo is an Emulator for Arcade Games & Select Consoles. It is based on the emulators FinalBurn and old versions of MAME.

NooDS Git (2020/04/27)

NooDS Git (2020/04/27) is complied. A (hopefully!) speedy NDS emulator. NooDS is available for Linux, macOS, Windows, and the Nintendo Switch. Automatic builds are provided; to use them, you'll need to install wxWidgets on Linux or macOS, or the latest Visual C++ runtime library on Windows. NooDS doesn't provide high-level emulation of the BIOS yet. To actually run games, you'll need BIOS files, named "bios7.bin" and "bios9.bin", and a firmware file, named "firmware.bin", placed in the same directory as the executable. On the Switch, you'll also need to have a ROM file named "rom.nds" in the directory, because there's no file browser yet.

AppleWin v1.29.12.0

EmuCR:AppleWinAppleWin v1.29.12.0 is released. AppleWin (also known as Apple //e Emulator for Windows) is an open source software emulator for running Apple II programs in Microsoft Windows. AppleWin has support for most programs that could run either on the Apple II+ or the Apple IIe. By default, AppleWin emulates the Extended Keyboard IIe (better known as the Platinum IIe) with built-in 80-column text support, 128 kilobytes of RAM, two 5.25-inch floppy disk drives, a joystick, a serial card and 65C02 CPU.

EmuTos CVS (2020/04/27)

EmuCR: EmuTosEmuTos CVS (2020/04/27) is released. EmuTos is a GEMDOS compatible operating system for Atari ST series computers. It is made from Digital Research's GPLed original sources and is a free and open source replacement for common TOS images for Atari ST emulators.

EmuCR: SDLVICE WinVICE SVN r37694 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Vvctre v26.0.4 is released. Vvctre is a Nintendo 3DS emulator based on Citra.

OpenMSX Git (2020/04/27)

EmuCR:OpenMSX OpenMSX Git (2020/04/27) is complie. OpenMSX is an open source MSX emulator which is free according to the Debian Free Software Guidelines, available under the GNU General Public License.For copyright reasons the emulator cannot be distributed with original BIOS ROM images. OpenMSX includes C-BIOS a minimal implementation of the MSX BIOS, allowing to play quite some games without the need to have an original MSX BIOS ROM image. You can also use your own BIOS ROM image if you please.
