EmuCR: HadesHades Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. A Nintendo Game Boy Advance emulator. Hades is still under heavy development but it aimes to have a decent balance between usability, speed and accuracy.

PCSX2 Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR: PCSX2PCSX2 Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. PCSX2 is a free and open-source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator. Its purpose is to emulate the PS2's hardware, using a combination of MIPS CPU Interpreters, Recompilers and a Virtual Machine which manages hardware states and PS2 system memory. This allows you to play PS2 games on your PC, with many additional features and benefits.

rpcs3 Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR: rpcs3 rpcs3 Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. RPCS3 is an open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger written in C++ for Windows and Linux. The emulator has been in development since early 2011 and currently supports modern DirectX 12, Vulkan and OpenGL renderers. The emulator is capable of booting and playing a decent amount of commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples. Many more titles are also becoming playable with future development by contributors.

Citra Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR: CitraCitra Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. This is the trunk of Citra Project. Citra is an experimental open-source Nintendo 3DS emulator/debugger written in C++. At this time, it only emulates a very small subset of 3DS hardware, and therefore is only useful for booting/debugging very simple homebrew demos. Citra is licensed under the GPLv2. Refer to the license.txt file included.

PCSX-Redux Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR: PCSX-ReduxPCSX-Redux Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. This is yet another fork of the Playstation Emulator, PCSX. While the work here is very much in progress, the goal is roughly the following: Bring the codebase to more up to date code standards. Get rid of the plugin system and create a single monolithic codebase that handles all aspects of the playstation emulation. Write everything on top of SDL/OpenGL3+/ImGui for portability and readability. Improve the debugging experience. Improve the rendering experience.

melonDS Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR: melonDSmelonDS Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. melonDS is an open source Nintendo DS(NDS) emulator. melonDS is part of a second wave of DS emulators. There are a few other emulator projects that are part of it, which you might have already heard of. Either way, check them out!

Gearcoleco Git (2023/12/15)

Gearcoleco Git (2023/12/15) is complied. Gearcoleco is a very accurate cross-platform ColecoVision emulator written in C++ that runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, BSD, Raspberry Pi and RetroArch. This is an open source project with its ongoing development made possible thanks to the support by these awesome backers.

Project64 Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR: Project 64Project64 Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. Project 64 is a proprietary Nintendo 64 emulator for Windows. It employs a plug-in system that allows third-party software developers to create their own implementation of a specified component. Project64 allows the user to play Nintendo 64 games on a computer by reading ROM images, either dumped from the read-only memory of a Nintendo 64 cartridge or created directly on the computer as homebrew. Project64 started as an exercise by Jabo and zilmar in an attempt to see if they were capable of programming a Nintendo 64 emulator. It's open source now.

NooDS Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR: NooDSNooDS Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. A (hopefully!) speedy NDS emulator. NooDS is available for Linux, macOS, Windows, and the Nintendo Switch. Automatic builds are provided; to use them, you'll need to install wxWidgets on Linux or macOS, or the latest Visual C++ runtime library on Windows. NooDS doesn't provide high-level emulation of the BIOS yet. To actually run games, you'll need BIOS files, named "bios7.bin" and "bios9.bin", and a firmware file, named "firmware.bin", placed in the same directory as the executable. On the Switch, you'll also need to have a ROM file named "rom.nds" in the directory, because there's no file browser yet.

Jpcsp Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR:JPcspJpcsp Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. JPCSP is a PlayStation Portable(PSP) emulator, allowing you to play your PSP games on a PC. Even though Jpcsp is written in Java, it can already reach 100% PSP speed on a lot of commercial games... and the emulator performance is constantly increasing. Jpcsp takes full advantage of dual-core processors, matching the PSP dual-core architecture. Even a quad-core can give a small performance improvement by leaving free CPU cores for the Java JIT Compiler and the graphics cache.

FB Neo Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR: FB AlphaFB Neo Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. FinalBurn Neo is an Emulator for Arcade Games & Select Consoles. It is based on the emulators FinalBurn and old versions of MAME.

Dolphin Git 5.0-20734

EmuCR: DolphinDolphin Git 5.0-20734 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

DuckStation Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR: DuckStation DuckStation Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. DuckStation is an simulator/emulator of the Sony PlayStation(TM) console, focusing on playability, speed, and long-term maintainability. The goal is to be as accurate as possible while maintaining performance suitable for low-end devices. "Hack" options are discouraged, the default configuration should support all playable games with only some of the enhancements having compatibility issues.

EmuCR: aresAres Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. ares is a multi-system emulator that began development on October 14th, 2004. It is a descendent of higan and bsnes, and focuses on accuracy and preservation.

EmuCR: LaunchBox LaunchBox v13.9 is released. LaunchBox is a portable, box-art-based games database and launcher for DOSBox, emulators, arcade cabinets, and PC Games.

QEMU v8.2.0-rc4

EmuCR: QEMUQEMU v8.2.0-rc4 is released. QEMU is a generic and open source machine emulator and virtualizer.When used as a machine emulator, QEMU can run OSes and programs made for one machine (e.g. an ARM board) on a different machine (e.g. your own PC). By using dynamic translation, it achieves very good performances.When used as a virtualizer, QEMU achieves near native performances by executing the guest code directly on the host CPU. A host driver called the QEMU accelerator (also known as KQEMU) is needed in this case. The virtualizer mode requires that both the host and guest machine use x86 compatible processors.

EmuTos CVS (2023/12/14)

EmuCR: EmuTosEmuTos CVS (2023/12/14) is released. EmuTos is a GEMDOS compatible operating system for Atari ST series computers. It is made from Digital Research's GPLed original sources and is a free and open source replacement for common TOS images for Atari ST emulators.

EmuCR:Agat EmulatorAgat Emulator v1.30.2 is released. Agat Emulator is an Apple ][ and Agat 7/9 (soviet clones of apple) software simulation program for Win32.

WinVICE r44873

EmuCR: SDLVICE WinVICE r44873 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Vita3K Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR: Vita3KVita3K Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.

Mesen2 Git (2023/12/15)

EmuCR: MesenMesen2 Git (2023/12/15) is compiled. Mesen is a NES/Famicom emulator and NSF player. It is still a work in progress - some features are currently incomplete or may change in future versions.
