EmuCR: rpcs3 rpcs3 Git (2023/12/29) is compiled. RPCS3 is an open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger written in C++ for Windows and Linux. The emulator has been in development since early 2011 and currently supports modern DirectX 12, Vulkan and OpenGL renderers. The emulator is capable of booting and playing a decent amount of commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples. Many more titles are also becoming playable with future development by contributors.

PCSX2 Git (2023/12/29)

EmuCR: PCSX2PCSX2 Git (2023/12/29) is compiled. PCSX2 is a free and open-source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator. Its purpose is to emulate the PS2's hardware, using a combination of MIPS CPU Interpreters, Recompilers and a Virtual Machine which manages hardware states and PS2 system memory. This allows you to play PS2 games on your PC, with many additional features and benefits.

Citra Git (2023/12/29)

EmuCR: CitraCitra Git (2023/12/29) is compiled. This is the trunk of Citra Project. Citra is an experimental open-source Nintendo 3DS emulator/debugger written in C++. At this time, it only emulates a very small subset of 3DS hardware, and therefore is only useful for booting/debugging very simple homebrew demos. Citra is licensed under the GPLv2. Refer to the license.txt file included.

PCSX-Redux Git (2023/12/29)

EmuCR: PCSX-ReduxPCSX-Redux Git (2023/12/29) is compiled. This is yet another fork of the Playstation Emulator, PCSX. While the work here is very much in progress, the goal is roughly the following: Bring the codebase to more up to date code standards. Get rid of the plugin system and create a single monolithic codebase that handles all aspects of the playstation emulation. Write everything on top of SDL/OpenGL3+/ImGui for portability and readability. Improve the debugging experience. Improve the rendering experience.

Project64 Git (2023/12/29)

EmuCR: Project 64Project64 Git (2023/12/29) is compiled. Project 64 is a proprietary Nintendo 64 emulator for Windows. It employs a plug-in system that allows third-party software developers to create their own implementation of a specified component. Project64 allows the user to play Nintendo 64 games on a computer by reading ROM images, either dumped from the read-only memory of a Nintendo 64 cartridge or created directly on the computer as homebrew. Project64 started as an exercise by Jabo and zilmar in an attempt to see if they were capable of programming a Nintendo 64 emulator. It's open source now.

Gearcoleco Git (2023/12/29)

Gearcoleco Git (2023/12/29) is complied. Gearcoleco is a very accurate cross-platform ColecoVision emulator written in C++ that runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, BSD, Raspberry Pi and RetroArch. This is an open source project with its ongoing development made possible thanks to the support by these awesome backers.

Gearboy Git (2023/12/29)

The emulator is focused on readability of source code, but nevertheless it has good compatibility. A lot of effort has gone into this in order to follow OOP and keep it as simple as possible.

DuckStation Git (2023/12/29)

EmuCR: DuckStation DuckStation Git (2023/12/29) is compiled. DuckStation is an simulator/emulator of the Sony PlayStation(TM) console, focusing on playability, speed, and long-term maintainability. The goal is to be as accurate as possible while maintaining performance suitable for low-end devices. "Hack" options are discouraged, the default configuration should support all playable games with only some of the enhancements having compatibility issues.

EmuCR: FB AlphaFB Neo Git (2023/12/29) is compiled. FinalBurn Neo is an Emulator for Arcade Games & Select Consoles. It is based on the emulators FinalBurn and old versions of MAME.

PPSSPP Git (2023/12/29)

EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2023/12/29) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

Dolphin Git 5.0-20852

EmuCR: DolphinDolphin Git 5.0-20852 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

DOSBox-Staging Git (2023/12/29)

Supermodel Dojo Preview 3

EmuCR: Supermodel DojoSupermodel Dojo Preview 3 is released. Supermodel Dojo is a fork of Supermodel, a Sega Model 3 emulator, with a focus on netplay features, replay, and training options for competitive play. We intend to keep Supermodel Dojo updated with the latest downstream changes made to the parent project. In addition to the features described above, Supermodel Dojo also contains a frontend for the emulator to make launching your favorite games and adjusting settings easier than ever.

PrimeHack v1.0.7a

EmuCR: DolphinPrimeHack v1.0.7a is released. Dolphin fork intended to give Metroid Prime Trilogy mouselook controls. Dolphin is an emulator for running GameCube and Wii games on Windows, Linux, macOS, and recent Android devices. It's licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+).

EmuCR: Atari800Atari800 v5.2.0 is released. Atari800 is an Atari 800, 800XL, 130XE and 5200 emulator for Unix, Amiga, MS-DOS, Atari TT/Falcon, SDL and WinCE.

Kronos v2.6.1

EmuCR: uoYabauseKronos v2.6.1 is released. Kronos is a unofficial port of Yabause SEGA Saturn Emulator( http://yabause.org/ ).

QEMU v8.2.0

EmuCR: QEMUQEMU v8.2.0 is released. QEMU is a generic and open source machine emulator and virtualizer.When used as a machine emulator, QEMU can run OSes and programs made for one machine (e.g. an ARM board) on a different machine (e.g. your own PC). By using dynamic translation, it achieves very good performances.When used as a virtualizer, QEMU achieves near native performances by executing the guest code directly on the host CPU. A host driver called the QEMU accelerator (also known as KQEMU) is needed in this case. The virtualizer mode requires that both the host and guest machine use x86 compatible processors.

EmuTos CVS (2023/12/29)

EmuCR: EmuTosEmuTos CVS (2023/12/29) is released. EmuTos is a GEMDOS compatible operating system for Atari ST series computers. It is made from Digital Research's GPLed original sources and is a free and open source replacement for common TOS images for Atari ST emulators.

WinVICE r44915

EmuCR: SDLVICE WinVICE r44915 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

N64 Git (2023/12/29)

EmuCR: N64N64 Git (2023/12/29) is compiled. Experimental low-level N64 emulator written in C and a bit of C++. Still under heavy development and not ready for prime time. Compatibility is not high and performance is not great (yet.) The goals of this project are to create a low-level emulator with good compatibility, while learning a lot along the way.

Mesen2 Git (2023/12/29)

EmuCR: MesenMesen2 Git (2023/12/29) is compiled. Mesen is a NES/Famicom emulator and NSF player. It is still a work in progress - some features are currently incomplete or may change in future versions.

Cxbx Reloaded (2023/12/29)

EmuCR:Xbox EmulatorsCxbx Reloaded (2023/12/29) is released. Cxbx-Reloaded is an emulator for running Microsoft Xbox (and eventually, Chihiro) games on Microsoft Windows. The project began life as a fork of Cxbx with added 64-bit support. Work is currently underway to backport some of the improvements from Dxbx. Cxbx-Reloaded is still pretty unstable, don't expect it to run much at this point.
