Dolphin SVN r5400

Dolphin SVN r5400 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

Get the wiimote new plugin working in linux. Wiimote emulation works at least. Real wiimotes don't.

DSP jit: fixed some crash by pop/push (close to bhaal's solution)
