PCSX2 SVN r2828

EmuCR:PS2 emulatorPCSX2 SVN r2828 is released. PCSX2 is a PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

Revision 2822 contains a bug somewhere that we need to figure out.So this reverts all VIF and GIF related code of that revision, leaving only the changes that were made to IPU.Compatibility should be fixed again, with the added bonus of lots more videos working.

    this one corrects a recent bug that was causing problems in a lot of games so thx for releasing it even though you just release r2827

    do have an audit under the game "Yakuza1", not working "Yakuza1"
