Dolphin SVN r5867

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin SVN r5867 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. OpenCL is enabled in this build.

On linux check to see if the xrandr extension is present and don't use it if not.
This fixes issue 2920.

    metrois prime scan visor fixed already? wanting to play badly but cant go on without visor...
