MedGui v1.34

MedGui v1.34 is released. MedGui is a GUI (Frontend) for Mednafen WINDOW OS.

- In MedGui options add a button to delete local MedGui setting (this feature may solve some random crash at launch of any games)
- Fix a problem with video stretch option
- Solved a small bug in wonderswan section (the language setting work again)

- If you swap from simple mode to advance mode and return in simple mode, the system console cue file not recognize correctly
NB: pce_fast option work with configuration file, but not work with Mednafen 0.9.X (i think this is a bug from Mednafen)
