Dolphin SVN r6802

Dolphin SVN r6802 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

Use SSSE3 shuffle for DataReader's DataReadU32xN in VideoCommon. The function is used for reading up to 16 u32's at a time (512-bits) and then converting endianness.
