Dolphin SVN r6931

Dolphin SVN r6931 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

Fixed the black (alpha) textures in the 8ing games like Tatsunoko vs Capcom and the Naruto series when using the OpenGL plug-in. Thanks to jim.lee for the tip.

Added "DebugFast" configs to vs2010 projects. Removed solution folders.(vs express doesn't like them)
