Dolphin SVN r7232

Dolphin SVN r7232 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

Added an option to disable the Wiimote speaker. The checkbox has 3 states:

Ticked = Clear sound but a bit unresponsive to controls
Filled = Same as r7225
Clear = Disable speaker

The option is in the Wii tab of the configuration.
r7232
Still didn't quite have the wiimote connection stuff right. This probably needs to be heavily revised.
