DSP Emulator v0.11b2 WIP (2011/04/17) is released. DSP Emulator is a new version of the ZX SPECTRUM +3, ZX Spectrum 128, ZX Spectrum 48, Arcade, Amstrad CPC 464, NES and Game Boy emulator.
PS3 Cheat Enabler v1.2 is released. PS3 Cheat Enabler is a simple GUI app that lets you turn on cheats in your games. It works by editing the Eboot.bin files of your game, but not to worry fellow brethren, this GUI will get your cheats on and off in a click of a button. Instructions on how to use the app is on the app itself.
PS3 Game List v1.5 is released. PS3 Game List is a application that allows you to manage your list of PS3 games. It started out as a demo to test the Qt Framework functionality, but it evolved into a full feature C++ app. It allows users to download game updates.
PCSX Reloaded SVN r65931 is released. PCSX-Reloaded is a fork of the PCSX-df Project, a PlayStation Emulator, with support for both Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems as well as several bugfixes/improvements.

DCAlice 2011.04 is released. DCAlice emulates Alice Alice 32 and 90 of Matra-Hachette.
Dolphin SVN r7470 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.
DeSmuME SVN r3984 is released. DeSmuME is an open source Nintendo DS(NDS) emulator for Linux, Mac OS and Windows. DeSmuME supports save states, the ability to increase the size of the screen and it supports filters to improve image quality. DeSmuME also supports microphone use on Windows and Linux ports, as well as direct video and audio recording. The emulator also features a built-in movie recorder.
Nemulator v2.3 is released.Nemulator is win32 NES emulator.nemulator 2.0 uses DirectX 10, therefore Windows Vista or Windows 7 is required. If you receive an error message stating that d3dx10_33.dll is missing, please download the latest DirectX 10 update from Microsoft at microsoft.com.You need a lot of horsepower (probably a dual-CPU/core system) to run the menu at full speed.

SDLMAME v0.142 for Ubuntu is released. SDLMAME is a port of the popular MAME™ emulator to the SDL library. It runs on many different platforms, including both 32- and 64-bit Linux.
Jpcsp SVN r2090 is released. JPCSP is a PlayStation Portable(PSP) emulator which is written in JAVA. JPCSP is the first PSP emulator that is written in JAVA. Most people think java is too slow. But Shadow and his team has proven us wrong. The newest Java versions are almost as fast as C which makes it very interesting for emu dev's. Shadow and his team are working day and night with pleasure on the emu, many coders have dedicated to the project. Because it's written in java many young devs find it interesting to learn how the emulator works.
MESS SVN r11222 is released. MESS(Multi Emulator Super System) is an open source emulator which emulates a large variety of different systems. MESS is a source-available project which documents the hardware for a wide variety of (mostly vintage) computers, video game consoles, and calculators through software emulation, as MAME does for arcade games. As a nice side effect to this documentation, MESS allows software and games for these hardware platforms to be run on modern PCs.
