PCSX2 SVN r5072

EmuCR:PS2 emulatorPCSX2 SVN r5072 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

PCSX2 SVN Changelog:
r5072
GSdx: added a shortcut in GSState::Transfer for the most frequent vertex format I found (helps quite a lot), less thread-syncing for the sw renderer, and the bios boot logo was fixed (just had to clear the memory on reset).

  5. Yeah, another golden rule is:

Only unicorn written updates will bring better performance for Ghetto PCs.

Unfortunately for you, there's no unicorn on the dev team.
