Dolphin FifoBusy Git 3.0-445

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin FifoBusy Git 3.0-445 is compiled. Dolphin FifoBusy is a branch of Dolphin. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. Dolphin has been changed SVN to Git recently.

Dolphin FifoBusy Git changelog:
* Sped up the Dolphin debugger in JIT mode by splitting a block only while stepping or when it contains a breakpoint. The block is invalidated when a breakpoint is set or cleared.
Fixed a bug in the JitCache where the JIT icache was not being invalidated when a block containing the instruction was destroyed.
