Nestopia Git (2012/09/27)

Nestopia Git (2012/09/27) is compiled. Nestopia has been abandoned for years. It's a great emulator, and losing it would be a shame. The purpose of this project is to keep Nestopia alive as long as possible and make sure it continues to work on modern Linux distributions. In the future, Windows builds may be maintained as well. Enhancements will be made in an attempt to make this the best, most user-friendly, standalone NES emulator on the Linux platform.

* Merge pull request #2 from skitt/master
Patches to the Makefile
* General flags rework.
* Move the -c compiler parameter to the actual build rules.
* Silence the tool invocations using their defining variables, so it can be easily overridden.
* Use $(CC) to link and add $(CFLAGS) to pick up debugging options.
* Drop unneeded .o-to-.o target.
* Use the traditional CXX name for C++-related variables.
* Avoid linking unnecessary libraries.
