Dolphin Git 3.5-564

Dolphin Git 3.5-564 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

Dolphin Git changelog:
- Add ARM Jit to GUI when built on ARM
- Make the (V)LDR/(V)STR instructions support negative offsets. This fixes a bug where Arm Jit couldn't load the top 33 FPRs. Also makes it so the core can access all GPRs, FPRs, and SPRs in ppcState. This increases VPS 15-20 on SSBM intro movie on ODROIDX
