Dolphin Git 3.5-604

Dolphin Git 3.5-604 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

Dolphin Git changelog:
* Dolphin needs to be restarted before playing back a wiimote movie, so let's suggest that instead of giving an unhelpful error message.
* Fix a typo.
* Wow, I'm dumb. Fix mismatched set/get.
* Fix a potential issue when someone has a CPU core that isn't available on that host set in the INI file, it would just fail out. Now it defaults to interpreter.
* Add a comment about Qualcomm in load stores.
