Dolphin vertex_loader_improvements Git 3.5-1179 is compiled. Dolphin vertex_loader_improvements Git is a branch of Dolphin. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

It's still done on gpu, but vertex format don't need to define zeros
* Merge branch 'master' into vertex_loader_improvements
* ogl: remove "Missing Extension" from osd
I think it was the best place, but I can't see "this issue is because of ..." any more
