Dolphin Git 3.5-1596

Dolphin Git 3.5-1596 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

Dolphin Git changelog:
- [Android] Enable OpenGL ES 3 by default. Add in a modified GLES3/gl3.h header for supporting it.
- Patch from Degasus that removes the last of the the GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE usages. This is needed to have GLES3 support.
