Dolphin comex-pch Git 3.5-2181

Dolphin comex-pch Git 3.5-2181 is compiled. Dolphin comex-pch is a branch of Dolphin. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. Dolphin has been changed SVN to Git recently.

God, I hate cmake.

As expected, using PCH significantly speeds up compilation. This
implementation sacrifices correctness for speed - see Source/CMakeLists.txt.
If you don't like that, don't use PCH :)
