Dolphin wii-network Git 3.5-1466

Dolphin wii-network Git 3.5-1466 is compiled. Dolphin wii-network is a branch of Dolphin. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. Dolphin has been changed SVN to Git recently.

* Fix polarssl on Windows.
* Support PolarSSL on *nix
Removed unneeded PolarSSL directories.
Remove duplicate sha1 and md5 files.
Define out SSL test file writing.
Fix format string bug and warning.
* Use explicit output dir for PolarSSL
* Remove LTCG and platform toolset, fix code style.
* Replace OpenSSL with PolarSSL
Works on windows, not yet cmake.
