PCSX2 SVN r5914

PCSX2 SVN r5914 is compiled. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

linux compilation fix:

* use c++11 for pcsx2
* rename __rdtsc so I won't conflict with gnu version
* add a bunch of .data() method to get string data

* Fix some issue with the new debugger on linux
* Enable the previous tlb miss fix on the interpreter
* disable the building of po by default. It pollute too much my env.
