Dolphin Git 4.0-2524

Dolphin Git 4.0-2524 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

Dolphin Git changelog:
- Fix regression with toggling the toolbar from PR761 (PR #786 from shuffle2)
- Removed unused Tracer.h/cpp (PR #784 from archshift)
- Use official flag for detailed symbols. Require VS2013 with update 3 or later to build. (PR #777 from shuffle2)
- Small software backend cleanup. (PR #779 from lioncash)
