Jpcsp SVN r3637

EmuCR:JPcspJpcsp SVN r3637 is compiled. JPCSP is the most advanced PlayStation Portable(PSP) emulator, allowing you to play your PSP games on a PC. Even though Jpcsp is written in Java, it can already reach 100% PSP speed on a lot of commercial games... and the emulator performance is constantly increasing. Jpcsp takes full advantage of dual-core processors, matching the PSP dual-core architecture. Even a quad-core can give a small performance improvement by leaving free CPU cores for the Java JIT Compiler and the graphics cache.

Jpcsp SVN changelog:
r3633
Java atrac3+ decoder: draft implementation for GHA Phase shifting (not
implemented in ffmpeg).
r3634
Improved sceAtracResetPlayPosition() and handling of mono audio.
r3635
Migrated the audio decoding for videos (sceMpeg and scePsmfPlayer) to use the
Java decoders instead of Xuggle.
Removed 2 audio settings as they have been made obsolete by the Java decoders:
"Extract media files to TMP folder" and "Enable Atrac3+ decoding".
r3636
Implemented the playback of music (PSP_GAME/SND0.AT3) in the UMD browser.
Atrac3+ is now also supported thanks to the Java decoder.
r3637
Updated the README
